Genest Precast is a fourth-generation, family-owned precast concrete company located in Sanford, Maine. What started as Genest Brothers in 1952 has grown into a trusted name in the precast industry. Though our product offerings and manufacturing capabilities have expanded, our commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional service have remained constant.

 

In 1984, Richard and Rita Genest took ownership of Genest Brothers and established Richard Genest Inc. Their children—Tom, Diane, and Linda—grew up learning the business firsthand. In 2007, they purchased the company and became the owners of Genest Precast. 

 

Today, the fourth generation—Owen, Summer, Jaiden, and Kylie—work alongside them to help operate the business. Over the years, our loyal customers and dedicated team of truck drivers, production workers, and office staff have been the backbone of our success.
